Functional Ingredients
Reishi mushroom – known as the “Mushroom of Immortality”, most studied of the “medicinal mushrooms, used for centuries in Chinese Medicine. Boosts mood, immunity, and health.
Ashwaganda – withanolides and other potent molecules promote healthy mood, reduce stress and anxiety (via downregulation of cortisol), boost, promote healthy mood/better sleep, etc.
L-Theanine – Amino acid in Green Tea. Elevates levels of neurotransmitters in the brain to regulate emotions, mood, concentration, alertness, and sleep.
